I wanted to take this opportunity to recommend your bike and ski shop.

It has been a pleasure dealing with you over the last three years since Jerry Savage recommended I try your shop for a mountain bike.

I don't believe I have ever experienced such consistent good service as I have enjoyed at your shop. You have always been easy to deal with and a man of integrity, most specifically when my bike frame cracked - and you quickly ordered new frame parts and installed them at no cost. There have also been many small warrantee items such as tubes that were bad, or a light that only worked for a week. You promptly replaced those parts too.

And I can't say enough about Matt Palingo, your head salesperson and bike mechanic. He gives me such prompt service that you might think I was an owner of your shop instead of a sometimes pain-in-the-dupa customer. I am especially gratified that Matt takes the time to explain each repair he does and works to make sure that I am more than satisfied with each new purchase or service item. Now that I have purchased 6 or 7 bikes from your shop for myself and my grandchildren, I feel like part of your extended family.

Please note that this letter is a bit overdue. I have enjoyed your services for far too long without acknowledging. My comments were prompted by another excellent service tune-up to my mountain bike done by Matt who re-tuned the derailleurs on my bike while I waited so that I could go out on next-day ride in the early A.M. Wow! He also explained how he was achieving a better alignment so that I can work on my bike by myself if I ever need to. You can't get better than that!
